Me and my friend went to jollibee TST i went to the que line and waited for the dashier to be call. Aparantly she accept the order from the guy out of the que line.
When the guy finished i asked the guy in a blue shirt ( i didnt know he is the manager) i told him to teach the cashier whats the important of prioriticing people in line. Then the cashier told me in not a nice tone “ edi sana lumapit ka” i think that was not should be the correct respose to a customer. Then i said you guys should not put those que line if people can go directly to cashier and then. I find it stupid and told her bobo.
Then i was shocked whatS the next replied i receive from the cashier IVY she said “ *** you” with a dirty finger. She is very rude and i beleive she doesn't belong into that kind of work business. The people go to jollibee to eat but not to be treated like that.
The attitude towards us while complaining to the manager is unbelievable. Super arrogant and rude.
