Jollibee Philippines - Manager with unpleasant service
Me with my sister..nephew and friend.. had our lunch at jollibee lotus mall..
today.. after that we left some few drinks and food and we decided to take out for that.. and we wait for some crew to assist us.. then theres a manager named LYN carrying a tray to other customer..
i told my sister try to ask her for some paper bags. " ate pasuyo po hingi kami ng pang take out bags.. "she didnt stop for a second just to hear our request she just reply " teka .. my sister and i look to each other with hanging daaaahh anu daw?
.. suplada ba xa? i said ewan ko.. wait mo pagbalik kung anu sasabhin..
then she returned we didnt know kung anu sagot nya.. super napaka taray ng muka nya.. my sister told her again "te hingi kami ng pang take out po.. she replied ah sige kukuha ako" then pagbalik nilapag lng..
she said eto na po.. my sister .. told her next time magbigay ka ng sec0nds na huminto para alam ng customer mo kung narinig mo ba ang request nila hindi ung pataray ka pa.. manager ka pa naman..
reply nya pasensya na po sabay alis..
ung tipong walang sinseridad.. sana nagmascot nalng sya para nakasmile lagi sya sa customer..
