Jollibee Philippines - Jollibee - Customer Care Review
21 April 2017 I came from my office and dropped by Jollibee Sta Ana branch to buy dinner for my kids as i had no time to prepare food. I was 3rd on line but i noticed that the girl crew was taking her time but it was just ok.
It got me more than 20 mins to have my turn. Finally i ordered 6pc chicken bucket. Then the girl crew went to the mic to announce my order. Then she came back and asked if i was willing to wait for 18 minutes.
i saw lots of newly cooked chicken at the kitchen counter. I asked her Anong ginagawa ng mga nakatambak na chicken dun sa tray, ayun o? She went back and she was talking to the crew guy behind the kitchen counter. She asked him pwede ba kumuha dito kasi nakikita niya na maraming chicken.
The crew guy said hindi pwede. The lady crew went back to me again saying hindi daw po pwede, mag da drop pa po uli ng iluluto. I got pissed off, ang dami nakatambak na chicken sa counter niyo sasabihin mong wala pa? She was blank face.
I asked for the manager, then the mngr came asking me "ilan po kelangan niyo?" What is this? Kelangan ko pang tumawag ng manager para ibigay kung ano binibili ko?! As i was pissed off, i left the place and transfered to Mcdonalds.
I will never go back to that jollibee store where crews are so incompetent. i am a working mother and time is so important to me.

i love jollibee located at C.M Recto Lepanto, just had my breakfast this 10:15 095 dated May 22, 2017 with OR # 0223**** i honestly love your spaghetti and pineapple juice.
the place is clean and located easily in C.M. Recto..
